Staff at our local neighbourhood offices are happy to help you with your enquiry or offer advice and information. You'll also find a range of useful information leaflets and other facilities, such as free internet access and freephone for accessing Council services.
Offices which are First Points also offer a range of council services.
We no longer do annual visits to all tenants. Instead, we offer tenants one visit every two years. Some tenants will still receive an annual visit if they meet the following criteria:
- are identified as having a level of need (approximately 30% of tenants)
- live in a tower block (due to considerations around fire safety)
- are a new tenant
Visits will continue to be carried out as normal in other circumstances, such as with anti-social behaviour reports.
If you would still like to request an annual visit, you can call or visit your local neighbourhood office. This is an opportunity for you to discuss your tenancy, your property and any other relevant matters.
