Need to pay your rent? You’re in the right place! Learn how to pay your rent quickly and easily, whether online, over the phone or by direct debit.
Set up a direct debit
It’s easy to set up a direct debit. Payments will be made automatically on the day you choose. This can be:
- weekly
- monthly
- every 2 weeks
You won’t have to worry about changing the payment amount if your rent changes. We’ll always let you know at least 10 days before this happens.
Direct debits can be set up by email or over the phone.

Paying rent on your garage or dwelling
You’ll need to pay your garage rent at the same time as your house or flat rent. Any payments you make will go to your home rent first.
If you miss payments or don’t contact us about any unpaid garage rent, we’ll send you a ‘Notice to Quit’. This means you’ll have 14 days to move out of the garage or site.
After 14 days, you’ll lose the right to use the garage or site, and we’ll take back the garage and everything inside it.
