The South Yorkshire (West) Coroners' Referral Portal (covering Sheffield and Barnsley) is for use by professional agencies authorised to refer reportable deaths to the coroner via an automated channel.
Any attachments, such as previous medical history / reports, may be added at the time of the referral using the 'upload file' facility located on the referrer details first page.
If you are a professional wishing to make a referral into the Coronial Service and have not been given access or are experiencing any difficulty, please contact us.
