Make a complaint

Sometimes things don't quite happen as they should, but we would like you to give us an opportunity to put it right. If you are reporting something for the first time please search for the page and use the 'ask us a question' or the specific report form.

If you have tried reporting the problem and it has not been resolved then we can help to resolve it with our complaints process. We have processes to follow to make sure that every complaint is dealt with fairly and sorted out as quickly as possible.
