Pest control

We can deal with all your pest control needs, whether you are a domestic householder, commercial business or house in multiple occupation (HMO). Our trained officers will only apply baits and sprays after assessing the risks involved and according to safe working procedures.

Our charges

There are various prices for the different pest control treatments we provide. The prices are divided into a full charge price (including VAT) and discounted charges (including VAT) for occupiers who receive qualifying benefits.

If you are in receipt of one or more of the following benefits, you are entitled to a discounted charge.

The qualifying benefits for discounted charges are:

  • housing benefit
  • income support
  • income based job seekers allowance
  • pension credit
  • income related employment support allowance

Honey Bees Please contact us for a quote, as we will only treat as a last resort and when a threat to health.   The quoted price includes site visits one to treat and one to block access holes. Possible additional charge if access equipment needed.

Houses in multiple occupation pest control charges

Your home is considered to be a house in multiple occupation (HMO) if:

  • at least 3 tenants live there, forming more than one household
  • you share toilet, bathroom or kitchen facilities with other tenants

Contract services

Contract services involving regular inspections and treatments throughout the year, can be tailor-made to your requirements at the most competitive rates. If you have a one-off job undertaken and then decide to take a contract with us, we will include the cost of the first job in your contract price.
