We've upgraded our parking permits system

You will need to register to use it. Any permits issued on our old system won't be visible but they are still valid.

You should not apply for a new permit until the day after your current permit has expired. There is a 14 day grace period so you won't be at risk of receiving a parking ticket while you wait for your new permit to be activated.

You will need a permit if your business is in a parking permit zone and you want to use on street parking spaces. There are two types of permit you can apply for:

Single vehicle permit

This is a paperless permit for a specific car that cannot be used in any other vehicle.

Pool permit

Pool business permits allow staff at a business to share use of the permit across different vehicles.
