You must pay your rent promptly in accordance with the terms of your lease or tenancy. Payment details are given in your agreement. All new agreements require you to pay your rent by Direct Debit.
Rent is usually payable in advance. You can pay your rent quarterly or monthly. You can check the terms of your lease or tenancy agreement so you know when you need to pay your rent.

If you can't pay your rent
If you find yourself facing financial or other difficulties in connection with the property you occupy you should tell us as soon as possible. Any matter that is discussed will be treated with confidence.
Failure to pay your rent may result in us taking legal action against you. This could be to recover the unpaid rent and end your lease or tenancy. If you cannot pay the full sum by the due date, you should contact the ICAM team immediately. Contact details are printed on each invoice.
