Sharing information about you and your child
When you access educational services, schools collect certain information about you and your family.
Where the law permits, this personal information may be disclosed to us and other organisations (such as the Health Service), in order to provide educational and related services to which you and your children are entitled.
All parties comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. More information about this can be obtained from the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you would like to know more about who can hold this information or how it can be used, or to request access to your child's data, ask your child's school for a copy of their Privacy Notice.
