Supporting disabled applicants

We are part of the Disability Confident Scheme, which helps organisations recruit and retain disabled people and people with health conditions for their skills and talent.

As part of our commitment to being a Disability Confident employer, we will guarantee an interview to applicants who are disabled and who are able to demonstrate in their application how they meet the minimum essential requirements of the person specification.

When completing the application form, please note that you will only need to tick this part if you meet the criteria stated above.

If you are selected to attend an interview, we will ask you if we need to make reasonable adjustments as part of the interview process.

Access to Work

You can apply for communication support at a job interview if you have a disability or health condition.

Access to Work is a service that can help pay for this if:

  • are deaf or hard of hearing and need a British Sign Language interpreter or lipspeaker
  • have a physical condition
  • have a mental health condition
  • have a learning difficulty

Neuro-Diverse applicants

We welcome applicants with neuro-divergent conditions.

Please contact the recruiting manager if you require a reasonable adjustment at any part of the recruitment process.

You can also find more resources to support neuro-diverse applicants with applying for jobs on Autism Plus.
