An ambitious new plan to ensure more people in Sheffield have the support they need to find good jobs, learn new skills, and build a better future for themselves has been launched.
A project that has supported businesses across the region to cut emissions, reduce costs, and boost efficiency has been expanded thanks to an additional £1.6 million investment.
The Council’s ‘Living the life you want to live’ Adult Care Strategy, including its performance and delivery in keeping people well and independent for longer at home will be discussed at Adult Health and Social Care Committee this week.
‘Hear Our Voice’ is making significant progress on plans that support all adults with a learning disability in Sheffield, including people who have additional support needs because of a physical disability, sensory impairment or autism.
