At Strategy and Resources Committee today, councillors opted to place the Fargate containers in storage while alternative community uses across the city are explored.
Additional structural surveys have been completed at the Rose Garden Café Building in Graves Park, with findings highlighting concerns relating to wall tilt and the condition of timbers.
Following further survey investigations and construction work to secure the site, the Rose Garden Café at Graves Park is set for a festive reopening, as a takeaway facility later this week.
