Call B4 You Serve (CB4YS) is a free, specialist and impartial service for Private Rented Sector landlords who are experiencing challenges with their tenancies and are considering serving a Section 21 or Section 8 notice. We want to help you avoid serving an eviction notice by dealing with tenancy issues early.
What we offer
CB4YS can offer the following support to landlords:
- rent arrears assistance
- mediation service between landlords and tenants
- regular liaison meetings with the DWP regarding Universal Credit issues
- close relationship with NRLA for free legal advice
- general landlord advice and guidance
