Street Outreach Team

Our Street Outreach Teams go out daily in the week to meet individuals where they are. They offer immediate help and link people to:

  • housing
  • healthcare
  • ongoing support

Telephone our Rough Sleeper Initiative team on 0114 293 0309, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, or email RSI@sheffield.gov.uk.

StreetLink

If you’re sleeping rough or worried about someone that is, you can make an alert through StreetLink. This sends a message to the local outreach team who will do their best to find you based on the location you provide as soon as they can.
