Our Corporate Plan, called 'Standing up for Sheffield', was approved by Cabinet on 9th November 2011.
This plan replaces 'A City of Opportunity 2010 - 2013' and sets out our strategic direction and priorities for the next three years and how we will go about achieving them.
The Corporate Plan also describes our contribution to delivering the City Strategy.

For each of these outcome areas the Corporate Plan describes the current context, what we want to achieve and how we are going to do this.
