The 2010 Cushman & Wakefield report assesses the need for new shopping floorspace in the city and provides evidence for the Sheffield Local Plan City Policies and Sites document.
The 2012 GVA report updates the 2010 report, specifically in relation to the homeware retail sector, and considers the relationship between Sheffield city centre and Meadowhall. The 2014 G L Hearn report updates the 2010 report in relation to comparison goods shopping need and floorspace potential for the city centre.
