Sheffield City Council’s Lifelong Learning Service has been awarded an ‘outstanding’ rating from Ofsted for the city’s adult learning programmes, provision for learners with high needs and behaviours and attitudes of staff.
Students across the city have been receiving their GCSE results today, and like last week on A level results day, the Council is offering praise to our students and their schools for their achievements and hard work.

Cllr Colin Ross has been voted in as the new Right Worshipful Lord Mayor of Sheffield and inaugurated at Sheffield City Council’s Annual General Meeting.
