Library PIN request form

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required to request an item or view the ‘My Account’ section of the Online Library Catalogue.

A PIN gives you the security of knowing that no one else can access your personal details or request items.

Sending you your PIN

Please provide us with your email address or phone number. We'll email or call you with your PIN number.

Otherwise due to security reasons your PIN number will be posted out to you.
