Sheffield South East Trust has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic, caring and proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant.  You will be based at Phillimore Community Primary School, supporting children in a year 5 class.  

Our pupils are well behaved, friendly and positive about their learning and we have a team of hard-working and supportive staff. The school is a large and friendly school within the community of Darnall.

We need someone who:

•    Is Level 3 Qualified.

•    Has a good understanding of child development and how to support children with different needs.

•    Is self-motivated.

•    Has a friendly and warm manner.

•    Will contribute to the planning, organisation and provision of appropriate play and educational activities.

•    Will champion phonics and reading.  

•    Will work with colleagues and leaders to contribute to whole school development.

•    Who can model high standards and have high aspirations for all children.

•    Have a good level of IT skills for recording observations and incidents, using ClassDojo and CPOMS.
