Our housing strategies help us plan and deliver housing for different groups of people across Sheffield.
We update our strategies regularly to make sure we deliver a good choice of high quality housing, supported by excellent services. Our objective is for housing to be at the heart of high-quality, safe and distinctive places that will enable Sheffield's communities to thrive.
Our Housing Strategy 2013-2023 sets out our approach to housing in all tenures and in all areas of the city. Its action plan will be refreshed every three years to make it responsive to the local and national housing landscape but will be guided by the overarching themes and priorities of the strategy.
To help measure the impact of the housing strategy and action plan we also use a set of performance indicators which can be downloaded from below.
