The Record of Involvement is a tool for people to use to record what they have achieved when they’ve worked with organisations such as charities, local authorities, universities and private companies.

It has been produced and designed by a partnership of volunteers and staff within adult social care. It was developed because people wanted somewhere to record the experience they had gained, skills they had developed, activities they enjoyed and things they felt they wanted to do more or to do better.

How to use the record

It is entirely up to you how you want to organise your record. You can include anything you like in it and display it in any way you want.

You can choose to use the templates provided below, you can create your own pages or you may wish to use a different format, like a DVD or photos.
