We provide food hygiene training for managers, supervisors and food business owners as well as food handlers. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to prepare and cook food that is safe for consumption.
The training is delivered in the city centre at Howden House by our qualified environmental health officers. They will help you to develop an understanding of the principles of food safety and how to apply this knowledge to control hazards and prevent food poisoning in your business.
It is essential that you and your staff understand correct food handling procedures and the risks of food poisoning. Part of your food hygiene inspection will include questions regarding the skills and knowledge of your food handling staff.
Prices and booking
The course costs £65 per candidate, which can be paid over the phone using a debit or credit card. Cash payments can also be made at Howden House First Point.
