We are recruiting to a full time Research and Performance Officer working for the Sheffield Adult Safeguarding Partnership. This post will perform a key role in supporting us to achieve our aim of coordinating the work across the Partnership for the purpose of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults in Sheffield as well as ensuring the effectiveness of what is done by the Partnership and across partners.  

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about making a real difference to people's lives.   You will be able to analyse data, processes and other information to understand root cause problems and have experience of positively engaging with a range of partners to develop and track improvements.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, a logical way of thinking and be able to collate and present complex information to a variety of audiences. If so this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

The work is varied and includes-:

·         Working closely with partners

·         Collaborating with colleagues in respect of performance reporting requirements

·         Conducting audit programmes and research projects

·         Communicating learning to partners
