Council housing tenants can check their rent balance online.
To check your balance online you will need:
- your 14 digit rent reference
- the surname registered on your rent account
Text balance alerts
Once you have registered for the service you can have your balance sent to you via text every week or when you are in arrears.
You can also check your balance any time by Texting RENT to 07908661601 at any time.
Rent statements
If you are a council housing tenant you can get a full statement online - you need to have registered for this service before you can use it.
To use our online statement service you will need your username and password.
