This fee covers all course materials, course handbook and examination costs.
The course duration is six hours usually split into two afternoons and there is a written examination at the end.
Successful candidates will be awarded a nationally accredited level 2 certificate in food safety and catering issued by either of the following awarding bodies:

From time to time we are able to offer courses taught in Chinese, Urdu and Bengali. These are only available where the candidate has English language difficulties.
