You can arrange a cremation at City Road or Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium, where an extensive range of recorded music is available via the Wesley Music system.
If required, a recording of the funeral service can be provided by prior arrangement with your funeral director, for an additional cost.
If you have family or friends who are unable to attend, the funeral service may be seen live online for an additional cost. Please arrange this through your Funeral Director.

City Road Crematorium
The City Road Crematorium is a traditional building which incorporates two chapels for cremation services. City Road can accommodate 200 people in the old chapel and 100 in the new chapel.
City Road facilities
Facilities at City Road Crematorium include:
- induction loops for the hearing impaired
- disabled access including provision of wheelchair
- large print and braille service booklets
- disabled toilet
The chapels contain either pipe or electronic organs if a more traditional type of funeral service is required.
Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium
This is a modern building opened in 1974 that can accommodate 150 people.
Adjoining the crematorium is the Garden of Remembrance, which extends over 9 acres. We offer a range of commemorative memorials which can be placed in the gardens.

Facilities at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium include:

- disabled parking at entrance to chapel
- disabled access including provision of wheelchair
- large print and braille service booklets
- stair lift to exit the building
- disabled toilets
