If you regularly make electronic payments (other than by Direct Debits) to ourselves, then you will need to inform your bank and amend your payment details.

If the bill or other document we have sent you does not show all of the payments you have made you must contact us immediately. We need to find out why this is.
It will help us to trace your payment if you tell us how you paid - the name of the post office, BACS, internet, the date this was paid and the amount you paid.
When we have this information we can investigate why this does not show on your account.
