The forum puts you, as a carer, at the centre of good quality adult social care services and lets you work together with senior managers to check up on the quality of services, and find ways to make things better.
Who can attend?
You’re invited if:
- you care for someone who is 18 year old or older
- you get a care package from us, or pay for your loved one’s own care
- you, or anyone you care for, use adult social care services
- you would like to work with us to help make sure adult social care services meet your needs
And if you're from an under-represented group, such as black minority ethnic or, if you're an older or younger person, please come along and share your views.
We meet every 2 months in an accessible city centre venue. We’ll give you any support or adjustments you need to attend, and we will cover any costs you incur from coming to the meeting. To find out more about the kind of items that are discussed at the forum you can download some recent agenda items from this page.
Please contact us if you would like to know more about the forum or how you can be involved.
