If you wish to achieve the highest Food Hygiene Rating possible, and build a successful, reputable business it is essential that all your staff understand correct food handling procedures and the risks of food poisoning. Part of your food hygiene inspection will include questions regarding the skills and knowledge of your food handling staff.
More and more people are consulting the Food Standards Agency Food Hygiene Ratings website before they eat out, therefore the better the rating, potentially the more customers.
As the owner of a food business, you must demonstrate that your food production staff have the appropriate level of training. By choosing to send your staff on our food hygiene training course you will be fulfilling your obligation.
The aim of the course
By attending our food hygiene course we aim to improve the food safety knowledge and skills of yourself or your staff. We provide candidates with an understanding of the principles of food safety, and how to apply this knowledge to control hazards and prevent food poisoning in the business. The course is aimed at managers, supervisors and food business owners as well as food handlers.
Our training staff are qualified Environmental Heath Officers, who have up to date knowledge and experience of food safety and hygiene issues.
You can find out course dates and book the course by calling us. Each course has places for 13 candidates, and we operate on a first come first served basis.
