The term “exhibit” is defined as “exhibit at any entertainment to which the public are admitted, whether on payment of money or otherwise…” and to “train” means “for the purpose of any such exhibition”.
Registrations must contain details about the animals and the performances they are to take part in.
It is important to note that, if any circumstances change, such as the number of animals you keep or types/species, you will need to contact us to advise us of this change.

Application evaluation process
You must ensure the appropriate registration form has been completed with the required information and fee.
How we will notify you and the timescales
We aim to process your application within 28 days. Once granted we will issue you with a Registration Certificate.
If you have not heard from us within a reasonable time period, please contact us.
There is no right of appeal under this process as this is a registration procedure only
Complaints and comments
For consumers, we would always advise that in the event of a complaint the first contact is made with the trader by you - preferably in the form a letter (with proof of delivery).
