Sheffield Register Office

The Register Office is available the third Wednesday of every month. This option is available for couples who just want to attend with their two witnesses and it takes place in a working office (our Arundel, Norfolk and Hallam Rooms are available weekdays and Saturdays). 

The ceremony costs a statutory fee of £46 and the certificate costs £4.

Booking fee

Please note there will be a non-refundable booking fee of £50 to secure a date and time (this is additional to any other fees).

Ceremony Rooms

You can personalise your ceremony in these rooms, should you wish, by adding:

  • readings
  • music
  • personal words to each other

You can choose not to see each other before your ceremony, and can ‘make an entrance’ to the Arundel, Norfolk or Hallam room escorted by a relative or friend.

Loxley Room

The Loxley Room is a small ceremony room for up to 16 guests.

Monday to Friday: £100

Arundel, Norfolk & Hallam Rooms

The Arundel Room and Norfolk Room are dressed and hold up to 45 guests.

The Hallam Room is dressed and holds up to 56 guests.

Monday to Saturday: £180
