      The information you provide on this form will be added to the Council’s Contact Database solely to help us to act upon the issues you have reported.  This will be shared with relevant services within the Council.  Where necessary, we will also share your information with our third party contractors, such as:

      ·         Amey - who carry out highways maintenance on our behalf

      Occasionally, we, or our contractors, may need to contact you if we need some more information from you.

      The information you provide will be kept for the length of our highways contract which expires in 2036 after which is will be deleted. If you do not consent to your information being processed in this way, or you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, please contact us from the home page of our site.
