If you are unhappy with any part of the assessment and support planning process, you can:
discuss the problem with your social worker, care manager or their team manager
ask us to use the Look Again Process - this asks us to reconsider a decision that has been made about your needs or support
If you are unhappy with your care and support you can:
discuss it directly with the people providing your support services, see care home or service complaints for advice and tips
Complain and comment to us if you are still unable to resolve the problem
email email@example.com if you have an issue with a care and support provider on the Recognised Provider List and you don’t feel your complaint has been dealt with satisfactorily by the provider
