The maximum weekly Local Housing Allowance rates for Sheffield for October 2008 are below. The calendar monthly figure is shown in brackets.
Claimants who are under 25 years old, are single and do not have any dependents can only get the LHA shared accommodation rate.
- Shared accommodation - £55.00 (£238.33)
- 1 Bedroom accommodation - £91.15 (£394.98)
- 2 Bedroom accommodation - £110.00 (£476.67)
- 3 Bedroom accommodation - £121.15 (£524.98)
- 4 Bedroom accommodation - £155.77 (£675.00)
- 5 Bedroom accommodation - £181.73 (£787.50)
