  • Evidence of identity
  • Evidence of address
  • Evidence of National Insurance number
  • Evidence of capital, savings and investments
  • Evidence of earnings
  • Evidence of other income
  • Evidence of benefits, allowances and pensions
  • Evidence of private tenancy and rent
  • Evidence of other money paid out
 
 
Remember…
 
  • To submit your claim form even if you are not able to supply all the supporting evidence
  • To ask us for more time, if you are not able to supply the evidence straightaway
  • Not to send valuable items through the post
  • To provide original documents
  • If you take your proofs to one of our offices, check the photocopies and get a receipt
  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need any help
