Information on health in Sheffield is provided at city, neighbourhood and service district level by the Sheffield Health Informatics service at the Sheffield Primary Care Trust (Sheffield Health Information website). 

 

The 2001 Census also provided some information on general health and lmiting long-term illness.  A data set for Sheffield's wards and neighbourhoods is available to view or download.
