Project Delivery Preparation

Project Delivery Preparation is the final step before the project receives its final approval and begins to be implemented. This stage is primarily concerned with the establishment of the following:
 
 
In addition to the above, the other key task in this phase is the preparation of the Final Business Case. This is then presented at Review 4 and a final decision is made, not only for if the project should be delivered, but also if the Project Board are confident that the necessary preparations have occurred and that the project is ready to be delivered.
 
The next section introduces the Financial Tracking Procedures that should be in place.
