Comprehensive Performance Assessment 2009
Sheffield is rated a 4 star Council
We were given 4 stars, the top mark, by the Audit Commission in the 2008 annual assessment called the Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) – and for the fifth year in a row.
2008 is the final year of the CPA, which is being succeeded by a new assessment regime - the Comprehensive Area Assessment from April 2009.
