Policy on the Handling of Personal Information
The policy contained in the Word document below took effect on 8th April 2002 following approval by the Cabinet on that date.
The proper handling of personal information is vital to the City Council, especially if our customers are going to continue to trust us with their information. Legal sanctions may apply if we get things wrong.
