Best Value Review - Services to Black and Minority Ethnic People
The Best Value Review of Services to Black and Minority Ethnic People was a cross cutting corporate review and was not focussed on a specific Service or Directorate.
The Review took a close look at some services provided by the City council; at organisational culture and practice; at Human Resource Management within the council, particularly how this contributes to service and delivery; and finally external issues including community consultation and engagement.
The last review was conducted in April 2003, there has not been another as the review of services to black and minority ethnic people is now incorporated into the Comprehensive Performance Assessment.
