Directorate Plans

This page provides details of the Council's directorate priorities for the year ahead.

 

The City Strategy and Corporate Plan were agreed at Full Council in September 2007. The Sheffield First Agreement (Sheffield’s Local Area Agreement) and budget investment priorities were agreed at Council in March 2008.

 

The Directorate Plans translate the ambitions and priorities set out in these documents into headline priorities and objectives for each Directorate. The Directorate Plans also provide policy, legislative, organisational, and financial context for the year ahead for each Directorate.

 

The objectives in Directorate Plans are expanded further into targets and defined actions in the Directorate’s Service Plans
