Payment by phone

We have added a new payments service called Automated Telephone Payments (ATP).

 

ATP will allow you to make your Council Tax payment by Debit Card over the telephone, day or night 365 days a year.

 

To use this service you will need your council tax reference number, your Debit Card and a pen and paper if you wish to record the receipt number that we will give you at the end of your transaction.

 

We will ask you a series of questions and you will respond by pressing the appropriate numbers on your telephone key pad. Your payment will be credited to your account the same day.

The ATP service can also be used to pay Business Rates, Carparking Fines, and Council Invoices.
