Children and Young People Scrutiny and Policy Development Board
What is the role of the Board?
This Scrutiny Board exercises an overview and scrutiny function in respect of the planning, policy development and monitoring of service performance and other general issues relating to learning and attainment and the care of children and young people within the Children’s Services area of Council activity. It can also scrutinise the various local Health Services functions, with particular reference to those relating to the care of children.
