(a) | Members of the public who wish to attend the Board meeting should report to the First Stop Reception desk at the Old Town Hall, Pinstone Street Entrance, and you will be taken to the meeting room. | |
(b) | You can see the reports to be discussed in public at the meeting if you call at the First Stop Reception, Old Town Hall, Pinstone Street entrance. The Reception is open between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and between 9.00 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Friday, or you can ring on telephone no. 2734552. You may not be allowed to see some reports because they contain confidential information. These items are usually marked * on the agenda. | |
(c) | A copy of the agenda and minutes are available on the Council’s website at www.sheffield.gov.uk. | |
(d) | Board meetings are normally open to the public but sometimes the Committee may have to discuss an item in private. If this happens, you will be asked to leave. Any private items are normally left till last. | |

To note that the Secretary of State for Local Government and the Regions has received an appeal against the decision of the City Council to refuse planning permission for (a) the erection of a conservatory to the side of a house at 17 Wharncliffe Avenue (Case No.05/02761/FUL) and (b) a single storey side/rear extension to a dwellinghouse to link the existing garage at Stone Leigh, Stonemoor Road, Bolsterstone (Case No.05/03146/FUL). | ||
