DECISION: To recommend that (a) a demolition phase be declared commencing on 8th February 2008 in respect of Blocks 2 – 18 and 20 – 36 (both even numbers) and 75 – 91 (odd numbers) Scotia Drive containing 18 vacant flats and (b) garage units, numbers 1 to 6 at Scotia Drive be demolished.

DECISION: To seek approval to extend external consultancy support for a period of 8 months to cover the role of Programme Manager to complete the procurement programme and the new contract for the Outstanding Sheffield Programme.

DECISION: Consent to establish a subsidiary trading company of Sheffield International Venues (SIV) and consent to parent company guarantees in relation to two contracts.

DECISION: Authority to adopt the policy for the reporting and handling of service failures by independent sector home support providers.
