Decision: That (a) the rates and prices contained within the tender of Peek Traffic Ltd be accepted and a letter of acceptance be issued to them (b) delegated authority be granted to the Head of Transport and Highways to place orders for work as appropriate with the successful contractor at the rates and prices contained within their tender and (c) the spending profile be noted in respect of the South Yorkshire Intelligent Transport System in order to upgrade existing signals to Urban Traffic Management Control Communications.
