Decision:  To approve the CP form in respect of Spital Hill Regeneration, Vestry Hall Environs scheme to improve paving, lighting and landscaping/street furniture, in the vicinity of the Vestry Hall in Burngreave, which is being separately refurbished as a Community Learning Centre by Burngreave New Deal for Communities (BNDfC).
