EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/HEAD OF SERVICE: Senior Manager Project Development and Delivery
CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Harry Harpham
DECISION: That subject to the negotiated tender prices presenting, in the opinion of the Head of Design and Project Management, value for money, and confirmation by the Head of Capacity, Planning and Development, CYPD, that the costs can be contained within the capital funding available, authority is granted to the Head of Design and Project Management to award individual contracts within the Children’s Centre Programme as described above and do all that is necessary to enable the works to proceed.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/HEAD OF SERVICE: Director of Neighbourhood Renewal and Partnerships
CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Mick Rooney
DECISION: That (a) Sheffield City Council act as the accountable body for funding to the city’s health and well-being partnership, Sheffield First Health and Well-being and (b) Evelyn Milne, Director of Renewal and Partnerships, to have authority to oversee the distribution of funding and to authorise the entering into of funding agreements with such projects as shall have been decided by the Sheffield First Health and Well-being Partnership Board.
