NATURE OF DECISION: To improve the development of an emissions impact tool to assess and forecast atmospheric emissions from traffic in partnership with the consultants Arup and the Department for Trade and Industry (DTI) funded Centre for Excellence for Low Carbon and Fuel Cell Technologies (CENEX).

NATURE OF DECISION: To approve the procurement of a contractor to make the second stage of a digital record of the history of Park Hill and its ongoing regeneration.  This approval follows the Band B delegated approval of 16th January 2007.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Robert MacDonald
NATURE OF DECISION: That the appointment of The Work Foundation to carry out an analysis of the knowledge economy in the Sheffield City Region be approved at a cost not exceeding £45,000 (including fee and travel costs) and the appointment to be on such terms as the Assistant Chief Executive, Policy and Performance, in consultation with the Assistant Chief Executive, Legal and Governance, shall consider appropriate.
