Ltd in the sum of £1,222,786.43 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations, be granted in respect of Gell Street and Devonshire Green Remodelling (b) authorisation for the Head of Design and Project Management to issue a letter of acceptance for this project be granted (c) approval to the expenditure of £5,500.00 for “Other Work” by way of direct order and (d) the spending profile be noted.
