DECISION: To agree that invitations to tender be issued to a select list of consultants from English Partnerships Consultancy Panel to carry out a study of the East ADF Centres. English Partnerships were joint funders along with Housing Market Renewal.

DECISION: To (a) note the Neighbourhoods and Community Care out-turn position;
(b) seek approval to carry forward the £116,000, underspend from the Neighbourhood, Renewal and Partnership grant aid budget into 2007/08; and
(c) recommend that the Housing Revenue Account net underspend of £4 million be used as follows (i) £1 million to be allocated to repairs and (ii) £3 million to be used to increase reserves to support the long term Housing Revenue Account strategy
